This is like my 4th time coming to this IHOP. And every time I do it’s a great experience. I love their breakfast beef tacos but I also tried many other plates of their menu and they are very good too. This IHOP should have a 5 stars!! Thanks for the great experience!

Ordered delivery, and as usual, they leave out stuff even though you've paid. Soggy toast, requested buttered, but it's not. Soggy Strawberry Cheesecake Waffle with the Cheesecake sauce just drizzled with few strawberries. Did not give syrups paid for only gave 2 old fashion syrup. And ok, so the Omelette huge seems like made with 6 eggs or so, mostly covered with spinach, Tastes ok, not that good at all. No wonder most IHop restaurants going out of business. Used to love IHop. This order wasn't worth the $44. After tip.

The service sucks. The waitress was ok not the best. I'm so use to IHOP @ Franklin Park with free refills but this IHOP doesn't provide free refills. I feel like that needs to be told when you order. 2nd time at this location with poor service. I just happened to be in the area but will never go there again.
