We went on a Sunday evening, it was quiet and the staff was very attentive. The food was delicious and came out with the right temps and in a timely manner.Vegetarian options: They can make just about anything vegetarian.

I would say if you want to go to this restaurant, which is just a regular mediocre, pancake nothing too crazy. I would suggest that you bring the exact amount of change to pay for your food or use debit or credit card because they will keep your change. I will not be returning back to this place because of an incident today it may not be a big deal to other people but we all work hard for our money and I’m not going to just give it up without my consent. For example, I called to get pancakes and it came out to $7.45. I gave her 8, So she takes the money and says oh have a great day. Granted I was currently looking at emails I wasn’t paying attention and that was my mistake on that part so I start to leave then I turned around. I tell her I would like my change and I want the receipt. She said we don’t have any coins to give change back. The only thing that was annoying about this is that you took the money you should’ve said hey Miss, just let you know we don’t have coin change to give you the difference that we owe you if you pay cash that way you give me an option to either go back to my car and get some thing or just use a card . I remember this happening one other time and I just thought it was a random thing. I haven’t been there in a while so it’s safe to say I see this is their style they don’t have change or barely. Also, the pancakes weren’t even that great. They were dry on the inside and too thick. So imagine the amount of people that are paying cash and can’t get any of their change back not dollars just the coins that’s still adds up when they have a busy service for 8 to 10 hours a day. Again, like I said in the beginning, it may not be a big deal to other people, but it is to me because I work hard for my money and I’m not just throwing it away like it’s nothing.
The dinner menu & sandwiches are healthier than breakfast. Dinner has 2 vegetable sides. A sandwich can have a side salad instead of fries.Parking: Mall parking lotKid-friendliness: Kids are the main reason adults go to IHOP. There are crayons & a kid's menu.Wheelchair accessibility: This IHOP is street level & it has some handicapped parking spots.

Our server was Disha D. She is really nice and one of the best!!!!I wish I had cash to pay the Tip but You understood the situation and told us that it is ok. I wish I could get similar server in all the restaurants.I will definitely share this story with all and will visit soon.IHOP You should give her promotion!! ?

Every time we come here is something different but today we came and they took long to assign us a table and after that we told the person that was serving us what we wanted ( spicy poblano and the new Nashville chicken strips with waffles) before the server left she let us know that the Nashville was really spicy and salty and we were okay with that, we were expecting that. After a while the food came and the spicy poblano turned to be a bistec and the other person got a dry chicken strip, not spicy/salty at all with ranch that he didn’t even asked for. We told the server the mistake and she just took the plate of the strips, when to the kitchen and came back with the same strips that she just took with a sauce not spicy/ salty at all. After all that the strips were cold and hard already. I told her that the strips were cold and hard and the right way is bringing a new fresh dish ( the way it comes). She left, we were waiting for an answer but nobody came back. bad service

I go to this one on Easton ave in Somerset all the time and they are usually nice but I called today and a lady answered the phone and I asked her if they have grits because there was no option online and she said idk what your talking about and hung up on me then I called back and she kept picking up and hanging up the phone. I called for the 5th time and someone answered laughing saying why does she keep calling we don’t know what you want and hung up again, I called again and someone told me to put the meatless sausage and they’ll put grits but at this point I don’t even want it anymore because they are rude and might spit in my food! I speak 100% English I wasn’t rude I spoke clearly and they were so disrespectful. I’ll never order from there again & I’ll make sure to tell everyone not to as well! DISGUSTING!!!

I truly enjoy getting a full stack of New York Cheesecake pancakes. They're sweet enough that you don't need much syrup on them. I also have never had any issues when ordering my eggs sunny side up. The eggs do not come out overcooked from the kitchen. The tables are always clean, however, there were some crumbs/leftovers on our seats the last time we went.
