I usually stop at Taystee Sub Shop, but noticed Joe's and tried it. Big selection of sub sandwiches. I went for a 12" sub, and it was great, fairly priced. I am so glad I found this place, I will be back. I cannot comment on the attached restaurant. If you are looking for ambience in the deli store, this is not the place, but who cares the food and service were great, like a good old fashioned mom and pop deli.

I have been going here for years. Any food that I have ever ordered has been delicious. The customer service is great. They make you feel welcome and they appreciate your business. To me the prices are very reasonable. The ambiance in the take out section is very friendly and welcoming. I've not dined in so I can't report on that but I'm sure it's exceptional. I would definitely recommend this place. The pastrami sandwich I had today was amazing. It took everything for me to not go back and order another one today, but I will be back!

Was not as good as I thought it would be chicken Marsala to many onions and no taste rushed on Xmas Eve rushed and left out flavor a lot to much oil and flour taste no Marsala taste was very disappointEd chicken parm was good penne vodka no taste bland

Ordered a family style meal a few weeks prior to Christmas, and loved everything. Coming from an Italian family, I really thought everything had that traditional home style taste and knew I would order again. We ordered several family trays again for pickup on Christmas Eve, to have dinner with the next night. When I walked in to pick up the food, I nearly burst into nostalgic tears for Sunday dinners growing up. The smells were incredible, staff were friendly, and imported selections around the storefront, seemed reminiscent of ingredients found in my Grandma's kitchen 30 years ago. And of course, the food was again incredible. My only regret is not trying it sooner as a resident of Franklin Park for over five years. Joe's is going right into our regular food rotation, and we are looking forward to sitting in the restaurant soon as well. Merry Christmas to all at Joe's, thank you for making our Christmas dinner easy, delicious, and nostalgic of home! And most of all thank you for keeping these traditions alive.
This place is the most disorganized deli/restaurant around. They spend more time acting like knucklehead cugines from Staten Island instead of running a business with any efficiency. They take orders over the phone or in-person but don't keep any records and ask for order numbers they never provided. They screwed up another order of mine today--I forgave them the first time, but not again. There are better alternatives in the area than this dump.

Another Christmas Eve another messed up order from Joe's deli. Last year they shorted us and this year they lost our entire order. We are left with nothing for Christmas Eve. Thank goodness Capriccio in town stepped up and it will be a delicious, merry Christmas Eve after all.

The food is always delish, one of my daughter's favorites! However, today's customer service when we picked up our order was not the greatest. First, not even an hello, or even a bit of a salutation. And when we paid, not even a thank you for our patronage. Very disappointing.
