Just bought two buckets of their special of eight pieces dark meat only and they packed chicken that was so dried up that it was not edible. It looked like it has been cooked for hours and sitting under the heat. I have bought chicken from them before and it has never been this bad. Today was the absolutely worst.

Lighting in the store was weak, we could hardly read the dial on temperature control panel to heat up hotpot.
The dining room was filled with smoke from the BBQ, didn't see exhaust fans on each table.
Plenty of vegetables, some seafood. I saw 2 kinds of crabs, shrimps were big and fresh.
Overall, items for hot pot, other than vegetables weren't that many. Price for us was $37 each which includes 18% gratitude on a Saturday.

The app sucked. It wouldn't accept my credit card after three times. The guy working the counter has no idea what to do so he doesn't work with apps. I finally added a different credit card and after two tries that one worked. I will likely not bother going back. It's too much work for a bucket of chicken.

I picked up $35 worth of food, asked the guy in drive through window for a packet of honey. He tells me I have to place an order for a packet of honey. As I'm verbally ordering a packet of honey and reaching for my wallet, he manages to closes the drive through window, walks away and doesn't come back. Talk about disrespecting a customer. I will never be doing business with this location.
