I ordered for pick up, a whipped cream vanilla cake with strawberry, banana, and vanilla custard filling and it was delicious. No crumbs left. The service, dry. The employee seemed bothered we ordered desserts from the display. I was excited because I love their products but it makes me second guess spending money there if it seems like the employees are bothered by you doing so.
I've been ordering desserts from La Bon for years now, and every experience I've had with them has been fantastic. I've bought pastries and cakes the day of, and have ordered multiple custom cakes for birthdays (most recently a GIANT cannoli cake that everyone absolutely raved about). I went to the Somerset location this morning to pick up an order I had placed for Mother's Day. Everything in the order was ready for the pick-up except for a pistachio cake...
On January 30th, In somerset, I met 2 staff 👭 that helped me choose a perfect cake for my occasion. I was very impressed of their knowledge. They were nice and welcoming 🙏 thanks so much.
