I want to give them 5 stars but they are never open. I have been trying them occasionally for about 6 months and only once in that time have they actually been open. They must do a lot of catering or something.When they are open, the food is always super fresh and delicious. My favorite thing is the shrimp fajita tostada, the salad is delicious and fresh, the dressing is amazing, the shrimp with fajita vegetables always cooked perfectly and they always leave the shell on the side for me.It's not the kind of place you want to stay and eat but it's delicious fresh food at a good price for mexican takeout. Everything else I've ordered from them has also been great, but I crave that salad weekly. Just sad I almost never can get it.

This place use to be so good. Order T3 was my go to order but now the steak is like chewing on tires. And good luck catching this place open. Seems they're always close. Such a disappointment.

Scam. I ordered for delivery on their website and it was never delivered. I called the restaurant 3 times and was sent to voicemail every time. Such a shame as my friends and I were starving while setting up furniture, and was looking forward to the food.

Idk what happened but they haven’t been open we tried about 2 maybe 3 months ago a couple of times and kept getting a message they were closed fast forward to today and it’s still saying they are closed with a message saying they would be reopened by now but it is still closed. it’s very disappointing because their food is really good i truly enjoy it and have been craving it for a while.

Ordered online, paid, arrived and they were closed! I can't rate the food because I never got any. Had to cancel my order with the third party I ordered from to get a refund.
Nothing like it used to be! The tostada salad bowls are so small now and not as good and fresh as the old owners. Smh. Won’t be back.

They literally open late every day…. sometimes hours late. If you go to the door to be let in they don’t even have the decency to open and let you know. Do not go out of you way to go because sometimes they open late and sometimes they are doing catering and won’t even take your order.

I went to the store a bit late tonight, around 8:48, which is still before the closing time. But it was closed… what is the point of setting the closing time at 9:00 pm if you want to close the store earlier than that? I traveled more than 20 minutes for their food, and welcomed by a closed door. What an experience tonight!I have to say their food is great if they are open.

Placed an order here at 4:25pm and was told it would be ready in 15 minutes. I show up at 4:45pm and there’s a sign on the door saying they’re closed for a “siesta” defined by “nap” or “rest”, they will open at 5pm. I wait 15+ minutes, the door is still closed and the employees inside completely ignore me. I tried calling multiple times and no answer. I gave up and left.The salads here are good but it’s not worth the hassle. You never know with these people.

We are going to have to take this place off our list of favorites! It's so unfortunate! The food from La Casa De Tortilla is amazing. It's always fresh and delicious. The owner and staff have always aimed to please! I've even catered from them and they have gone above and beyond. However, the reliability and responsiveness has radically declined. We have ordered from this restaurant so many times and several times after the order has been placed, we are waiting for our food and they just cancel our order from Grubhub without any explanation or call. It's so disappointing. I think they struggle with staffing and delivery. They need to change their service model because the customers are getting frustrated with this approach. No one wants their order cancelled on them when they are hungry and waiting.. especially nurses that cannot leave the hospital to go pick up. We will miss you LCDT!
