We placed an order for 20 macaroons and paid for them online. It was written that the order was ready and we went to pick it up. When we arrived, it turned out that it was just a residential house, the owner of the house did not know anything. His wife came out, she was from the shop and it turned out that she was selling cookies, but she didn’t receive the order, she didn’t have the required assortment. She told us to cancel the order. Then she brought out the cookies that she had frozen in industrial packaging. The macaroons tasted so-so, worse than those from the supermarket.

Had a terrible experience with this store. I ordered 20 different French macarons and paid for the purchase, when I arrived to pick up my order at the confirmed time, I found that no one knew about my order, I was asked to cancel the order or pick up what was in stock, which did not at all match the varieties I ordered, the macarons were also frozen. A very bad and low-quality business, also the real house is very different from what is shown in the photo.

This is the second time I order a birthday cake and let me tell you! Tania never disappoint me and she is also very friendly! This time I let her decide the flavor and let me tell you the double chocolate cake was delicious and my son really was excited for his sonic birthday cake! I would definitely recommend her and will be order again!

We had a wonderful birthday party today for my daughter. Everything was perfect! Kids helped bake cupcakes and then mixed icing with colors and decorated their own cupcakes to bring home.
Tatiana and Nick were great with the kids and everyone had fun.
The birthday cake was beautiful and delicious.

I was not impressed with the cake that was made for my daughter. I have 3 children and always have custom cakes made for their birthdays. This year, we decided to use Madame Cupcake since our usual cake designer had a medical issue. I spent over $400 on this cake and it appears that it made with very little effort. The designs were just printed on paper and not even cut out evenly. The “bottles/beakers” on top looked unprofessional. Overall, I’ve never been more disappointed in a custom birthday cake. I don’t mind spending $400, but I would like to see more effort and thought for that price.

Great little hidden gem of hopewell! Tatiana was amazing to work with and only provides the best quality desserts! Delicious variety of cupcakes and macarons. Definitely one of my new favorite places!

I order my wedding cake from Madame Cupcake Shop. Tatiana was nice and easy to work with. Unfortunately, the cake was absolutely flavor less. I'm not sure what type of cake icing she used but it wasn't good at all. Our guest did not enjoy it. We threw most of the cake in the trash. Definitely not worth $450. Overpriced.
Their cupcakes are beautiful but dry and tasteless. Not worth the $14 for 4.
