It's a nice place to grab something if your hungry ( like most McD's ) ...staff was busy behind the counter ( not at registers) I had to wait to be asked about my order ( I do not use the app or the self help Kiosk- not a fan of either)

Idk his name but there is one guy at this mcdonalds that treats you like you're at a 5 star restaurant. He's the sweetest kindest person. He's Younger mayne 20s with blonde hair. Either way I'm giving the entire review to him for caring about his job.

So this place has made me pull up in the drive through like 5 times. 1 time I waited 10 minutes for fries while 7 cars behind me got there food and left another time I waited 20 minutes for a kids meal cheese burger while 15 cars behind me got there food right away. I went today and I was literally the only person there and they had like 8 employees inside. They tell me to pull up and then I asked for a refund. Why am I pulling up when no one is there. When I asked for a refund he walked away literally 8 seconds and came back with my food. Why did he asked me to pull up when I'm the only one there and my food was already done. Horrible service.

They asked me to move up after every item I ordered thinking I only want a drink when I had a truck full of kids and then when I ask for the drink option the girl told me no so I said f this and pulled up and then when I got my food they forgot my sauce and burger but I don't have the ability to go back and tell them so good job gues you pissed off kids and can't even do a simple job didn't know it was thay hard to count item even tho there was only 4 items on the list plus sauce
