VERY POOR ATTITUDE FROM EMPLOYEE AND MANAGERI went to the drive through to use a survey coupon for buy one get one. Tried to use it on a Dbl Big Mac. was told its valid for that sandwich. I stated that it does not list any exclusions on the coupon. was told no asked for a manager got told same thing but using the phrase "WELL IM TELLING YOU" BY THE MANAGER. Drove a round to the window showed them the coupon the manager proceeded to tell me that the coupon must be used at the store it came from again not stated anywhere on the coupon. Got told they are not going to take it that I gave them an attitude. I called McDonalds Corporate (4 Times). No one has cared to call me back to offer an apologies or otherwise. MCDONALDS DOES NOT CARE. (I know it was just that store and that Manager that had the issue because another McDonalds (Randolph NJ) honored the coupon without question, and Yes it was for the DBL Big Macs. They even made my order twice after me having a misshape and dropping the bag in the parking lot without issue or charging me.)There food is overpriced and low grade to begin with. The only reason I did the survey was because the "Crispy" Chicken Sandwiches I ordered were anything but Crispy.I advise anyone who reads this to stop supporting big corporate Like McDonalds and buy from your local diner or small restaurant business you'll get better food and better portion for better price. I will no longer make the mistake of big corporate.McDonald's has lost a customer for life and anyone i can convince to do the same.Shame for how this was handled and I was treated

This has got to be the best experience I have ever had at a fast food drive-thru restaurant! From the person taking the order to the person handing me my food , they were extremely polite and thorough.At the window she thanked me both through the intercom and in person for using their mobile app and being a member. And at the pickup window, the young man handing me my order said "in this bag is your small fry and cheeseburger and here is your small Dr. Pepper" . So thorough! The food all came out hot and fresh. This is the first time I ever left a Review for McDonald's, it was such a good experience, when usually at fast food restaurants. It's anything but!Kudos to your afternoon staff this afternoon. This review is only for the Franklin NJ restaurant. Food was very good, but mostly the staff was pleasant, even gave us senior discounts. Very impressed, was thinking about getting PT job there!

This might be the worst McDonald's I've ever been to. The children who work here are the most rude and insulting group of employees I have ever met. I couldn't believe my eyes and ears when I went in and heard them openly mocking customers for everyone to hear. I'm quite frankly appalled that any food place would have management that allows these children to act the way they do. And yes, I say children solely based off their actions and not off their actual ages. Corporate is next on my list to contact, I just wish I had the names of every employee that works there to attach. I'm not too worried though considering it was every single person working the front there.
