Came to store this morning 5:59 AM, sat there for 5 -10 minutes no one acknowledge. I then went to drive thru. No one came to window. I then saw a gentleman moving blocks on the side of the building (Manager). He could have told me why the store was not open. I then drove up to him and he was like we are not open. We open up at 6:30. I then drove to the boundbrook location to get my usual ice coffee. Not starting off on a good start today!!!

Says it's "open" on Google but it's not?! I don't know if they're closed permanently or what but if they are then why the hell is it still showing that it's open? Drove all the way over here for NOTHING.

I bought a kids meal here coming home from a meeting to bring home to my kid and guess what the chicken nugget was missing.

They don't include everything in the kids meal anymore. I'm guessing since they are closing for the new mvdonalds across the street, they are no longer reordering. They don't have a lot of the dri ks mcdonalds offers, either. I understand not reordering since they are closing but at least take money off if you won't be giving the full meal that is being paid for

Bought four happy meals through drive through because my four children really wanted to Crocs keychain toys that are available now. Chose the Crocs happy meal through the mc Donald's app and brought the order home only to see they put minion toys in all the happy meals. Kids were highly disappointed and I'm also disappointed that mc Donald's didn't say anything about running out of the Croc keychains. If they didn't run out, they don't fulfill orders very carefully to have made this mistake. Glad to see a newer mc Donald's will be opening across the street.

There is no reason why McDonald's Corporate Team cannot intervene and request a change in work culture at the franchise level. I recently visited the location to pick up food via the mobile order app. Unfortunately, the service I received from a short Mexican female manager was notably rude and unprofessional. When I arrived at the drive-thru to collect my order, I provided the code and was instructed to park and wait for my food to be brought out. After ten minutes, I went inside to check on the status of my order, only to be told that my order had not been received and that I needed to provide a receipt. Since I had not been given a receipt, I requested that they retrieve the order details from their kiosk screen, which led to a dispute.

My brother visited your restaurant on July 6th 1055pm. He left his wallet at your facility. He placed his order, washed his hands, received his food and left. He lives out of state. He drive back to get his wallet but no luck. He has been calling your store and no one answers the phone.
