Amazing chicken soup, very solid fried rice, extremely good value. They also have some authentic Szechuan stuff like eggplant with ground pork which is very nice.

Great takeout place! Especially loved the wonton soup, sweet and sour chicken, and lo mein. A good go-to place. Only thing we didn't love was the pork dumplings but overall good!

Hate to do it. I spent 22 on Singapore rice noodles, which is about twice as much as I’ve paid before. Not only was it flavorless, but don’t jam a $22 dollar high margin dish into two undersized takeout boxes. Egg roll was flavorless, also. Sticking to my local place. Shouldn’t have strayed from the already known.

The staff needs to liven up. Sept 23 visit, food is better then other chinese take out. Ribs improved. Now have in house seating. 2 tables....June 15 update. Place is like a morque. 6 pm and mo one there. Lack of business for a reason. Before selling there would be 10 or more employees. Now 4 were working and one of the four on cell. Never saw the place empty before. Prices sky rocketed. Food not improved. Sadly nothing lower then one star. March 30 update. one star. The food has gotten worse and the prices increased almost 30% on items. The ingredients are less meat. more breading and vegetables. The place is empty for a reason. No one is friendly or happy to see you. Such a sad state of once the bestWell sadly I went from 5 stars to 2 stars. I didnt give 1 out of respect for the original family. This place wss sold, original family ran for over 40 years. It was a landmark. New owners should be forced to change name. Giving the former owners a bad name . The new owner seems always to be absent and in the past all the owners were always working. This might be why it went from 5 stars to no stars. No one seems to care the ambience is gone. The food is not the same. For example the lobster and shrimp Cantonese are watered down, less lobster and shrimp same cost. The chicken corn soup also too liquidy. The egg rolls similar. Spare ribs missing something. I could go on. The point is customer service and quality has changed. Change the name. Its now your typical chinese fast food, every corner same horrible fast food.OVER ONE YEAR AGO...Food is superb. best egg rolls in the world. family owned. great service. one of those hidden secrets. take out with exceptional ? food. when no covid they do have limited tabke serviceParking: Dangerous parking conditionsKid-friendliness: not at allWheelchair accessibility: no wheel chair. Doors impossible without wheel chair

My family has been coming here for decades! After today it’s over. Rice dry, pork overcooked like the rice was old. General Tso dry probably old, wings bland with feathers! New ownership ! Time to say bye to a childhood favorite! They need to change the name as well!

New owners.. The service quality has hit the floor. If you have been going to Mei mei for 40 years and are coming back for that good quality Chinese food. You will be disappointed. I guarantee you. The best thing was always the young chow rice which now has chunks of fat instead of pork. They just do not cook the same. They sold the store not their recipe!

Please do not waste your time with this restaurant. my wife had shrimp w/ broccoli and shrimp fried rice. I had chicken wings and French fries. I am not exaggerating. Both meals were horrible. I would never, NEVER ever go back to this place to even get a can of Soda. STAY AWAY!!!!!!!

The new owner and chef still has a lot to catch up to the old food. Hope the food can get better taste and improvement in the future.

Today I purchase young chow ( house special lo Mein). It had shrimp shells in it and very little meat of any kind. It cost $15.00 and went in the trash. I was so disappointed as Mei Mei’s always had the best… the new management needs a wake up or they won’t be in business long.
