What happened to this place. Went there for dinner 9/8/24. Their prices keep going up it never pauses at all. I used to go here every week and the prices change everytime. The quality and freshness of their food went downhill. The Lettuce was old, all the ingredients looked like they were sitting out for a while. Very dissatisfied with the place. It's too bad I'll have to look for tex mex somewhere else. Also the app stole my points too. Terrible.

Been here twice so far, both time they messed up the order. Today a bowl was ordered and the protein was completely missing, since it was a to go we didn't notice until we got home. Last time the guacamole was missing.

I placed an order online, paid in full, then when down to store on my busy lunch hour to find a sign on the door that said closed. So unprofessional, you likely could have turned off mobile ordering if there was an emergency but you wasted my time, gas, and my money. I even had to call your store for a refund. Thanks for nothing, literally.

The staff did a great job and the food was good, but I won't be going here again. They have a sign at the register telling people not to tip unless the the service was exceptional. You have to be such a callous awful person to actually try and disincentivize tipping for your workers. If you want to get them to work better, do it through better management and financial incentives. The is the only time I've ever seen a company do this. I won't be coming back and I'll be telling my friends who frequently come here not to either, until that changes.

My husband and I come here a lot and the food portion and service is really good . Staff are pretty responsive . Mugesh is very nice and helpful. We definitely recommend this place .

Whoever is running this restaurant is making customers run away. I love Moe’s but this is the first Moe’s I went to where they’re not giving the right portion sizes. Whoever the manager is there is responsible for the staffs behaviour. Fire everyone there and make a new team because this is wild.
Don't bother with this place anymore, they clearly don't care about good service. Portion sizes are like Chipotle at this location, and the managr acts insulted if you ask for a water cup. Not everyone drinks soda. His solution was to say he doesn't have any cups and that he cannot get them. That's funny because I went to another location that day and the service was the complete opposite of Somerset! Somerset does not communicate well and tries to milk extra dollars out of you. Maybe the college kids burnt them out, who knows. This location was good at one point, but after the last trip I'd say go where you are appreciated not tolerated.

Recently I found out there was a Moe's down the street from my job. I used to frequent the Moe's in Branchburg off Rt-22 so naturally I was just as excited to visit the Somerset location. Unfortunately, I was met with attitude, skimpy portions and a $20 burrito. Nothing worse than being friendly and clear with food staff for them to get the order wrong and then be condescending toward you. I will take the drive to Branchburg next time I am craving Chipotles ugly step sister.
