I stopped into this small BBQ spot and was blown away. I ordered the buffalo wings, ribs, and steak skewers, and every bite was incredible. The meat was unbelievably tender—falling right off the bone—and packed with that perfect smoky flavor you can only get from true barbecue. Honestly, it was some of the best food I’ve had in a long time. On top of that, the staff was clearly hardworking and so kind, which made the whole experience even better. A hidden gem that I’ll definitely be coming back to soon!

Wow - this was elevated food made w/ passion; it’s such a hidden gem. There is no doubt that the owner/chef is a master of his craft. Everything we had was excellent (first time here) and well worth the 40 min drive.
We ordered the steak skewers, chicken empanada, Thai chili wings, smoked beef brisket and Cuban Sandwich. Understand that this place is a hole in the wall, and built for take out, but they have a few tables to dine-in, which we did. Placed the order, our food was prepared fresh, and then handed to us in takeout containers even though we were dining in, which was fine. You come to this place for the quality of the food, which is something special, not for the atmosphere or a fine dining experience. We came in with high expectations based upon others’ reviews, and we were blown away. We’ll definitely be back!

If you look at the logo of this place you feel as if you would walk into a place with a decent atmosphere.. this place does not have good atmosphere..it is a but deceiving if you are looking at the menu then walk into the place... with that said the food isnt bad. The steak sandwich was actually very good. Definitely could've had a bit more steak but it was fine. The chicken BLT wasn't bad but it wasn't great but not bad. Very thin slice of chicken cutlet semi wilted greens on top. The cutlet didnt have much flavor. But all in all it isn't bad it just can use some improving.

I gotta give it to Olluco. The food is fantastic and my heart skips a beat every time I see they have Postoban Manzana. 💓🍎 These guys really know flavor. After a long day, when you want something simple but fantastic. I'd pick up dinner from these guys! The portions are large and the wait is never more than 15 minutes

I must say I was surprised upon entering this establishment, I didn't think it was open. I didn't see much food in the cases when we walked in. Needless to say the cuban sandwich was the best I have ever eaten! My husband got a burger and it was superb! Highly recommend! Only a couple of tables, so we got our food to go!
