Absolutely the best takeout, in fact, the best restaurant food we've had in ages! Fall-off-the-bone, delectable ribs. Creamy mac n cheese. Yummy sweet potato fries. Excellent empanada with beef brisket. You can tell everything was made with care, love and pride. We highly recommend & will go again.

I have tried Olluco Bistro twice now, the food was very good both times. The 1st time, I got the Buffalo Wings and Cubam sandwich. The 2nd time, I got the bbq wing's, Lomo steak sandwich, and pulled pork, Mac n cheese, and potato salad. Everything was really very good so far. I am holding off excellent till I try the brisket and ribs. The store front can use some work, needs some decor, and I took out both times, but the chef and lady, I think the chef's wife or family is very nice and very welcoming. I can't wait to try more. Yummy!

This food is so good! We had the slow cooked pulled pork, bbq dry rub wings, sofrito rice, brisket sandwich, maduros, and a couple other things. By far, one of the best “smoked” meals we’ve ever had! And especially being we had it delivered by DoorDash, everything was still hot and the wings and maduros still had a crispness to them! This is definitely a hidden gem in Sussex county as there’s not much around up here! Highly recommended, we will be back!

We have ordered from here numerous times. Always amazing food. Staff is always nice. Mac n cheese is alil meh but everything else beyond makes up for it. Delicious sandwiches and perfectly done brisket. Always get alittle excited when we decide to order from here. Keep up the great work guys!

Found this place by chance and am so thankful to have discovered it! Holy crap is the food good. Everything is so fresh and seasoned so well. The brisket just melts in your mouth and for as many orders of French fries that I've had in my life, I honestly think these were the best I've ever had. Will definitely be back soon!!

Ribs had bones fall off Wings have amazing flavor Brisket was juicy and not Overcooked. What I ordered was 10/10.
My friends were not crazy about the mac n cheese saying it lacked flavor.
