Absolutely the best takeout, in fact, the best restaurant food we've had in ages! Fall-off-the-bone, delectable ribs. Creamy mac n cheese. Yummy sweet potato fries. Excellent empanada with beef brisket. You can tell everything was made with care, love and pride. We highly recommend & will go again.

I have tried Olluco Bistro twice now, the food was very good both times. The 1st time, I got the Buffalo Wings and Cubam sandwich. The 2nd time, I got the bbq wing's, Lomo steak sandwich, and pulled pork, Mac n cheese, and potato salad. Everything was really very good so far. I am holding off excellent till I try the brisket and ribs. The store front can use some work, needs some decor, and I took out both times, but the chef and lady, I think the chef's wife or...
