Nice place! The service is quick, the food was pretty good, and I got a free chocolate chip muffie with my rewards that was the highlight of my day! Honestly the only reason I don’t come here more often is because I hate driving around the circle that gets me here from out of town lmao

ordered the mac and cheese, staple panera item you would think but no, twice i got let down with a watery soupy mac and cheese… if i wanted soup i would have ordered soup. one time i said something about it i hear someone in back pipe in “i like it like that!”, that’s you, not the majority id say… so if you’re willing for a shot in the dark for good mac and cheese, sure but i’m just not in the mood for that not ever and prob have ordered food from there for the last time. will stick with my sip club drinks and nothing more unfortunately

I started going here because I joined their unlimited sips club. Orders are always ready in a timely manner. Even though they're always crowded. I enjoy their coffee and their different flavored cold teas. During the pandemic and for a while after they offered curbside. Recently there's not that option anymore which is a negative for me. As a person with mobility disability, you sometimes have trouble getting out to go in. Also on a busy day, the parking is bad. Although, it's a busy strip mall parking lot including a bank, parking isn't the best and you may spend more time parking than in the store.

Was in the area just for a few days and wanted a nice dinner around the area. When I went in and got sat, my server was fairly rude and I asked to see the manager, when the manager finally came, I remember her name to be Tiffany, she was rude, kept giving me a look and I ended up just paying my bill and leaving. Not a good experience.

This is hands down the best Panera in Somerset County and perhaps even in America. The team here exemplifies what great customer service looks like. Well done!

I had broccoli cheddar soup and half of an avocado chipotle sandwich yesterday , the soup was WATERY !! I normally love this soup but wow this time was BAD the liquid was separating from whatever else was in the soup , i instantly felt so sick after eating this food , the chicken why is it so WHITE ?? I’ll never have Panera again after this experience it’s no reason why my stomach is still bubbling and I’m still throwing up from both sides if you get what I mean since yesterday if I keep throwing up I will head to the ER bc now I’m chest hurts from throwing up.
