I wish I could leave this Panera 0 stars. I don’t think the staff reads the details for orders received online and just throws whatever they want into the delivery bag. I’ve ordered from here countless times and my order has always been incorrect with items that I cannot eat. The restaurant is supportive and amenable to solve the issues temporarily but it means nothing long term. Making a mistake once or twice is understandable but having my order consistently messed up is not a coincidence. Will not be ordering from here again.

This Panera Bread is good in general. However, it has several employees like to insert the order slip into the cup. It's not sanitary. I told them several times not to do it, but I still see it happened.

Gave French onion soup with no cheese Chicken bacon rancher had no bacon Forgot items that had to be readded.
I was very impressed with the speed with which my order was taken and how fast that I had received it. Everything was in the bag and tasted great!

Nice place! The service is quick, the food was pretty good, and I got a free chocolate chip muffie with my rewards that was the highlight of my day! Honestly the only reason I don’t come here more often is because I hate driving around the circle that gets me here from out of town lmao
