I had broccoli cheddar soup and half of an avocado chipotle sandwich yesterday , the soup was WATERY !! I normally love this soup but wow this time was BAD the liquid was separating from whatever else was in the soup , i instantly felt so sick after eating this food , the chicken why is it so WHITE ?? I’ll never have Panera again after this experience it’s no reason why my stomach is still bubbling and I’m still throwing up from both sides if you get what I mean since yesterday if I keep throwing up I will head to the ER bc now I’m chest hurts from throwing up.

Ordered a cookie on the kiosk and received a text message it was ready. It wasn't and the "track your order" screen did not show my name. I had to grab an employee to sort it out. Not sure what went wrong.

I had a recent experience at Panera that really stood out because of the exceptional service I received. I had ordered a Frontega sandwich and, unfortunately, arrived late to pick it up. When I checked the display, I didn’t see my name, so I asked the manager—an incredibly kind Indian lady—for help. She checked the system and discovered that my order had been ready for some time but was missing from the pickup area, likely due to it being taken by mistake.
Despite the mix-up, she handled the situation with such grace and professionalism. She sincerely apologized for the inconvenience and even offered me a drink while I waited for a fresh order. As a nice touch, she added a cookie to my bag, which I only noticed later at work.
Her kindness and dedication to customer satisfaction made a big impression on me. Thank you so much for turning a frustrating situation into a positive experience. Your customer service is truly commendable!

Came as a Dasher to pick up food. Some one was ringing up a customer and their were at least 5 people in the back. No one came out to help, then when he was finished with the customer, instead of helping me he took another customer. I tried to get some ones attention but was ignored. So I'm out waiting another 10 minutes in my car before I go back in. The thing is last time I had an order here they put it in the area where you pick up orders but this time like most they have it on the counter in the back. Ridiculous

Requested the feta removed from my Mediterranean Veggie sandwich ? clearly those instructions were followed after the fact because there was feta scrapings in and on the edges of my sandwich and in the wrapper. Vegans order and eat at your own risk...??♀️

I usually give the benefit of the doubt to restaurants. But it has been multiple disappointing experiences with my orders lately. Ordered 4 bowls of chicken soup when I opened them.up .there was no substance at all only broth. A total rip off. When each soup is $7 dollars. On top of that my pick 2 orders were missing the 2 soups. I live far from.this location so can't make a 25 minute drive to get my $ back. I don't exactly know what they check on the receipt attached to the bag but it's pointless. This is the last time I buy out of this location in somerset

Huge shoutout to this location for a fantastic catering of bagels for our local elementary schools' Teacher Appreciation! The order was perfect and Cynthia the manager went above and beyond to help us spoil the teachers!! Highly recommend this location!!

Update 5/15/24: Things have really changed since my last review in 2022, and the speed and accuracy of orders has been spot on lately.
I used to love this Panera, but it has been really terrible these past three weeks. Every time that I have ordered online my original pickup time has been inaccurate to the point where the time goes away from the app, and a text displays saying "We're sorry for the delay." My order has been 30-40 minutes late each time.
