I always order from here this is for the second time they left the food on the table on the reception door of the building and I just called the Panera bread I told her about that then I opened the bag there is no sandwich just the salad and the tissue is used she told me mam I put the sandwich and the sauce I don’t have to lie to get extra sandwich I buy what I want she was really rude with me

A lot of the workers just have no self awareness...singing loudly when customers are working, speaking extremely loudly (like, not even just talking, but literally yelling obnoxiously like in high school,) and wearing their hair down while working with food and in the kitchen. If people are here to eat and work, we shouldn't be subject to literal screaming and obnoxious conversations lol, don't think it's too much to ask for.I just feel like there should be better etiquette and hygiene practices if you're working with customers and handling food.

I placed an order with some customized changes but the delivered order was messed up. I called up the store and I was told that they would call me back after talking to the store manager for my “refund “ options but never got a call back. My food and appetite both ruined !Don’t recommend this at all at least not for online orders!

Always an issue with this location. They make the food wrong and they package it poorly (came home and the soup container wasn’t closed and had spilled everywhere). We do take out so the only option is to then drive all the way back to fix the issue. We aren’t coming back.

This is a small location, so not the nicest panera on the inside. The service is good and food quality seemed standard for Panera.I order drinks from here regularly and have had an occasional issues finding my drink, but mostly its fine

This is a very small location which is primarily self service. The kiosks for ordering were intuitive and relatively easy to use but not as easy as talking to an employee. There is one line for live ordering. They turned the orders around fairly quickly. Seating is very limited and the seating areas were not very clean.

I ordered the chicken & rice soup big disappointment no chicken little rice . Runny taste horrible ! If I weren't working in a deadline I'd return to the store. This should have never been served to anyone !

This location is trash. Super trash! Beverage dispensers are sitting on tables that's meant for customers. However the biggest trash of them all is the staff. These kids need a strong manager at this location. Staff should not be hanging out at the doorway of the kitchen when there's a customer table right there. Staff member talking about her breast. Another employees boyfriend visit for free dinner, is this why there's no bread available at 6pm? Staff see customer cleaning table and walks by. And lastly the food was on point. They need retraining from top to bottom. If you're looking for Paneras fresh bread, quality food, professional staff, and clean dinning room... this location is not it!
