Paid for extra sauce and condiments like garlic sauce and red chilly flakes. They did not provide any sauce or condiments and I did not check by opening the pizza boxes as the label had the additional mentioned on it. When I came home with the order and called them to let them know they did not provide it instead of apologizing or offering any other way of customer satisfaction they argued. I had to hang up on them as the guy on the phone was very rude. Not getting my business anymore.

This is a decent pizza outlet manned by youth. Hygiene and cleanliness is good. It's a takeout place. Service is good. Staff is friendly. ??

No menu cards . All TVs weren’t working for me to look at the prices of all items . Good location … right on rt 27. My kids wanted to have a quick dinner and we stopped by this papa’s John location … lots of parking outside . Wasn’t crowded when we went . Ordered and got the food in 10 mins . Ordered a pizza, cheese stick and garlic sticks . About 35$ . I thought it was a it expensive ..Pizza was good . I thought cheese breads were like the old days but this was almost like another pizza ?… garlic sticks were average . Kids liked it overall. Good experience…

Service is hit or miss, but pizza is generally okay.
My kids love papa John’s so i surprised them tonight but dinner and everyone’s mood was ruined when we bit into our raw dough pizzas. Completely uncooked.

Ordered pizza with spinach tomato Alfredo crust and garden veggie papa bowl. Pizza had very few toppings and the garden veggie papa bowl is barely in the tray. See pictures. For the price it is a rip off. Stop using this Papa John's. They are ripping off for the price paid.

I have ordered 4 pizzas today at 07:01 pm. Got a message saying pizza on its way at 7:22pm. At 7:55 got a tracking confirmation as pizza has been delivered. I never got my items. Called the store and waited 11 online and finally connected with a person at store. He said the order has been given to doordash. But, they don’t have a clue on the status and didn’t even bother toCheck with driver. I think that’s how they have been trained.This is not my first experience. I already had a couple of bad experience with this store. The only reason I went to them was because of delivery.I have to run to Domonis at Jamesburg and ordered pizza.Please don’t ever order with Tia store. The manager is very rude and service is VERY VERY BAD AND RUDE behavior (Manager).This store doesn’t even with 1 star rating.I don’t have an option to choose zero star so going with one star.Please please don’t go to this store ever.

Absolutely the worst pizza and service ever. I ordered Shaq pepperoni and got an extra large pizza with zero pepperoni. I called to complain and the manager said "you didn't order pepperoni and you took it off". I said so why does my receipt show I ordered pepperoni, Then when he finally said i was right, proceeded to tell me for 5 minutes why he was giving me a credit for "next time" and then i had to tell him he had to send another pizza tonight. He then spent another 5 minutes telling me it was going to take 40 minutes to get another pizza to me. HORRIBLE!!! The manager and owner are scams. A $93 order and the driver got a hefty tip and their service and product are trash. They need to close down this location immediately.

Don’t eat here. I saw the employee drop a meatball on the floor, put it back on the pizza and slide the pizza in the oven. When I addressed the manager he said she made a mistake, it’s her first day, really. When do you learn to not put meatballs from the floor on pizza you’re selling to customers, week 2. If I could give -5 starts I would.
