My daughter ordered a seafood meal for her mom’s birthday. Upon arrival at the drive through she was told our meal was given to another customer. She was told she would have to wait for another one. Upon receiving the food we had the wrong order again. They would not give us a refund on the missing food items just a credit for the next time we came. We eat there very rarely so I requested a credit to our debit or gift card. I was told no they only take down names and numbers for the next time we come in.

Food was very good,Service was ok,she kept going in the back.15 minutes to get my check -when there are hardly an people in there at 3ish pm. Didn't say anything at all.
We eat here often because it's so close to work. The food is always pretty good, so is the service. Bring a sweater with you though, it's always freezing.

Classic Diner experience. Excellent food, awesome service. Nice portions for breakfast and they have top notch desert counter with cakes, pies, canolli and chocolate covered strawberries are a must for the road.
Kid-friendliness: 10 year old spilled glass of chocolate milk. She felt terrible; waitress says an adult did it last night. Gave her a sense of comfort

I feel like I cheated this place on how much food I got for the price. And the seafood and pasta dish was really good. With a great soup. Beyond impressed.
