The staff is fast and understanding. Amazing cooks. I got the turkey sub and it was PACKED with turkey. Generous servings and the overall atmosphere of the cafe is incredible.

I started coming to this bagel shop several months ago. When the owner is there, the customers are greeted with a smile and "Good Morning". He takes your order and is polite and friendly and the service is quick and food is good. However, if you are unfortunate enough to go in when the owner is not there, the women with dark hair in a pony tail is the complete opposite! She doesn't greet you, no smile just her grumpy face, walks away in the middle of taking your order and NEVER thanks you for coming in. Today, when I walked in and saw she was at the counter I almost walked out. But I ventured forward. After ringing up the customer in front of me, she then looked at me with that scowl on her face and said, "Yeah". As I started to order she turned her head and yelled something in Spanish to the other girl that was buttering toast and then turned back and looked at me like I interrupted her. I continued to order a sandwich and a bagel and then she abruptly turned and just walked away. I sat at one of the tables and was able to watch the cook fix the sandwich but didn't see him put any ketchup on it. I went up to the counter when I realized the sandwich was done. The girl put the food in a bag and pushed it at me. I took the sandwich out of the bag and opened it. Seeing there was no ketchup I looked at her and said, "Could you ask him to put ketchup and mayo on this?" She promptly snapped at, "YOU DIDN'T ASK FOR THAT !!!" I replied, "I know, because you walked away before I finished ordering." She then grabbed the sandwich and again yelled something in Spanish to the cook. There was another women in the store behind me who said to me, "She's not saying very nice things about you." Then the cook brought the sandwich back, pointed at the bag the girl had put my food in and said to her, "the bag is torn". She looked at him said something again in Spanish and walked away. The cook then got another bag, apologized, and re-bagged my order. He thanked me for coming and said, "Have a nice day." I thanked him and then pointed to the girl, who was now standing off to the left with an ugly scowl on her face, and told him that she needs an attitude adjustment. As much as I like the food, the prices and the location, I don't need that crappy attitude at 7:30am!! The next time I go there - if that girl is at the counter I will just walk out.Get rid of her if she can't be polite to your customers - she's killing your reputation and your business!!

On business and found this gem before my meetings. Very busy place! Went at 8am and there was a line of four and the phone was ringing off the hook...I knew I was at the right place! Small and cozy with only three tables. Most customers took their bagels to go. Staff was friendly. Bagels are large and have a really good crust chew. I had a sausage, egg and cheese and it was perfect. I'd come back every morning.

I picked up some bagels for the staff at work and decided to give this place a try. I placed an order online and scheduled a pick up. I got there and my order was waiting for me at the counter. In and out like a breeze. The atmosphere was upbeat and fast without making me feel anxious about being in a new place (which was an uncommon occurrence for me).

Only gave a star so I could leave a review.. the food was...food.... I asked for scrambled eggs and got eggs over easy, I asked for OJ and didnt get any, wastold they would refund me for it but they lied. My bagel was cold and rock hard BUT the chocolate chip pancake was delicious. The only good thing about my entire experience. Forgot to mention my food took over an hr to arrive

It seems like the owner needs some lessons on how to answer the phone because it seems like he doesn't have the patience to talk to people.
