Rita's Italian Ice & Frozen Custard

I got delivery two gelatis came to $20 fine it’s delivery. I got a small and large they were 85% water ice and 15% ice cream. I was so annoyed when I got to the bottom and I was searching for ice cream and there was literally a teaspoon full. For the price they should make sure they give you what you pay for. Because I def felt like I got ripped off. Such a waste.

Our family has been going here for as long as I can remember but in the last year or so they have really been skimping on the portions in comparison to the other Rita’s we frequent (Monmouth Junction, Hillsborough, and Old Bridge). I ordered a large gelati which had maybe a tablespoon or two on top and bottom. The concrete we ordered was maybe two-thirds of the way filled. They don’t really seem to care if you complain either.

It's a Rita's. Not much more to say about, except the staff seems to be a hit or miss.

Grate choice of flavors. Employees are very friendly. I ordered mango gelati, it’s very nice. Nice customer service.

Great selection of icy flavors. I can't wait to get Rita's ice cream. The gelti is my favorite the custard is so creamy and not too sweet. The icy can be very sweet depending on the flavor you choose. My favorite is a Swedish fish with vanilla gelati. Probably the best combination known to mankind. This is the best ice-cream hands down. I highly highly highly recommend.The person who served me did a great job and followed my order to perfection. He delivered the ice-cream to me with style it had the best shape and it was easy to manage. The trainer did a great job give this kid a bonus.I tried the unicorn flavor it does not disappoint try it for yourself I promise you won't regret it!

Because they don’t have nothing they say they have they told me look on the Board for the flavor for them not to have any want this place to shut down this location because they are the worse never will I come back

They took advanced that I was a child and gave me less change than I was supposed to get ?

Gelati and Italian Ices are great, prices however, are another story.

I am only giving this place one star not because of the frozen custard I give that 5 stars. I went to Rita's for the craving I am pregnant. And I crave me some Rita's! Mind you I have been living here for the past 6 years!! I order my usual. Vanilla chocolate ice cream custard in a gelato cup. With chocolate sprinkles on top. Then I order my usual gelato watermelon with vanilla custard and chocolate chips on the top and bottom. For the first order, I was refused a gelato cup and told that they don't put vanilla custard with chocolate custard in the large gelato cup. And I was also told they don't put the chocolate chips on top of the gelato that I had ordered for the watermelon vanilla custard. I explained to them I always get this order for the past six years that I've been coming here and it was never an issue.The girl insinuated that I was lying and also then stated that I don't know what employee was helping you and I had to tell her to stop arguing with me I will just contact the owner. I even explained to them I would pay the upcharge if there was one for the large cup of vanilla ice cream custard with chocolate. Then she rebottled we don't do that.I finally got what I wanted after they started speaking in their language right in front of me I know they were talking about me how rude.
