Started coming because had pretty good deals on app and emails. Food pretty good with some inconsistency. Ordered a medium strip to go but it was rare when got ready to eat had to finish myself. Waited a bit for the next order and waiting for an order I pre-ordered on app over 3 hours ago. I have rubies so I'll redeem them next and depending on food and service will determine on if I continue to come back. Food came without the blue cheese or honey mustard I knew to check because they sometimes don't put it in. The tenders are skimpier more than ever. Starting to get disappointing. Had to change 4 star to 3. May end it'll change.

Philip V (“Phil”) makes dining in such a delight. His witty insights and professionalism made us feel right at home, checking in regularly but never intrusively. I’m personally very grateful for him informing that the peach tea we ordered comes with free refills! My partner and I are appreciative of the great value and for the Phil’s Oliver Twist references!

The two-person staff you had serving the entire restaurant were working very hard trying to do the work of four people in my opinion.
I saw unhappy customers all around.

Hailey is an amazing employee! As shift manager she took care of everything and everyone. She doesn’t take a breath and is constantly looking for things to clean, fix, issues to address. We are regular customers (weekly), and hope you demonstrate to Hailey how valuable you think she is.

Ordered a half a rack of ribs and unfortunately they were dry. Not enjoyable. You can't expect food to be 100% delicious every time you order food. I would definitely come back to Ruby Tuesday's

Server/waiter was horrible. Kept forgetting things. Forgot our drinks, my soup and dessert. As for the food, my potato skins were dried up and I asked for my rib eye rare and it came medium well , which looked like a flat piece of beef microwaved and the vegetable had no seasoning. The only thing that was good was the soup and dessert. As for the atmosphere , the bar area was so load, I felt like I was in a bar instead of a restaurant. 😞
