I had an absolutely terrible experience at Sonic. We ordered ahead, thinking it would make things quicker, but we were so wrong. The service took a ridiculous 30 minutes, which completely defeats the purpose of ordering ahead. To make matters worse, the manager was incredibly rude when we inquired about the delay. They didn't do anything to help or even apologize for the inconvenience. I've never experienced such poor customer service, and I won't be returning to this location again.

This sonic has provided me with great, and fast service. The drive thru was quick, the cashier was polite and friendly. The food came out hot and was enjoyable with refreshing drinks!

For a restaurant with such an extensive menu, it would be great if they offered dine-in seating and a kids' play area. They no longer have skating carhops, likely due to insurance concerns, but a design revamp could enhance the overall experience.
Employees are always very nice, never have issues with the order and it's always well done.

Food is usually pretty good but this visit wasn't so good/ we leave up the street and by the time we got home our food was cold / the burger upset my husband's stomach that night and the drinks were very weak ( tasted like water) I was very dissatisfied this trip.

On the upside, the bacon double cheeseburger was one of the best I’ve ever had at a sonic. The limited time pink flamingo drink was tasty and I was glad it was available in a small size. On the downside, I always forget how sweet their onion rings taste (but they tasted very fresh! It’s clear they keep up with changing out their fryer oil) And they forgot the cheese I requested added to my chicken sandwich. All in all, great location. I hope they keep up the good work. They helped create a simple happy memory for me and a friend.
