Been going here since forever seems like they can only make a drink right the first time and then the rest of the other times you order them they always mess them up. I got the brown sugar shaken espresso with oat milk. They gave me cinnamon with regular milk and it was so much cinnamon. I had to throw it out. The second time I tried ordering the drink. It was all milk and little bit more than halfway filled up had a lot of problems with their drinks. Don’t know if I’m even gonna come back

Got both drink orders wrong. Asked them to remake the iced chai (was supposed to be an iced matcha) they remade it and when I drank it it tasted like straight chai. They must have dumped the chai and used the same cup which is pretty disgusting and also dangerous if they’re doing this and someone has an allergy.
Went inside and asked them to remake it, one worker claimed it was the matcha that was bad. Remade it was okay, pretty watery but definitely wasn’t the matcha that was the issue

This is the 10th time I said I was never going back to this location. Yet I did. But I will never again, no matter how desperate the situation. I read the order back to the girl and she assured me she had it correct. Every sticker on all 3 cups is WRONG. 20$ in drinks and they are all wrong. Even after having the barista remake the one that had the obvious mistake. The barista was rude, as they usual are at the location. Once Abby stopped working here I should have NEVER set foot back in here. Most the employees seem like they are either over medicated or not medicated at all.

They once tipped 20% without me adding a tip. It's an overpriced drive through coffee, not a sit down restaurant. The inside is almost never even open 🤌😂 The coffee was delicious though.

The guy with the red hair wearing hat needs some serious customer service training. Calling customer stupid right front of them to his colleges and tapping his head the same time, is unbelievable. I never saw anything like this before.

Did a mobile order and came in 15 minutes later. Told the people inside I did a mobile order with my name and they immediately brought me my two drinks, great! I came in because drive up was slammed and they had what looked like only 3 people. Some blonde girl came out and started making food about 5 minutes into me waiting and I saw 3 things go out to drive up. The two baristas knew I was waiting as I had said something, twice. When I heard the blonde girl start to say sorry I figured it was because she realized she wasn't helping and then she even left the oven beeping so the drive up person had to leave the window to help her. Then he brought out another sandwich to drive up! I said to them if my food isn't coming could they please refund me. The barista looked at the blonde girl and KNEW she hadn't done it because he said "just refund her". That was so rude how they were aware and intentionally ignoring me. It's not an issue of short staffing like I thought, the staff simply doesn't care. I can't believe there's a store I will never tip at but these baristas I've seen before so I know they're experienced!
