This is hands down one of the worst Starbucks locations I’ve ever been to. I gave it three chances in the last two weeks—twice with mobile orders and once ordering in person—and every single time the wait was close to 15 minutes. That’s completely unacceptable, especially when I ordered cold brew all three times, which is literally on tap.

The attitude of the baristas here is incredibly condescending and dismissive, like customers are an inconvenience. If you hate your job that much, quit—don’t take it out on people who are paying for a basic coffee.

I was early for work each time, and stopping here turned out to be the worst decision of my day—every single visit. This place genuinely ruined my mornings.

Never again. No wonder Starbucks is losing boatloads of money. Hire more people, fix the attitude, and get customers their orders on time.

Had a good experience, was with my daughters and my Barista Jamie was patient and took time to explain my kids options to choose from. Definitely recommend.

I stopped by the Somerset Starbucks this morning on Cedar Grove Ln, had a pretty large mobile order and the service was superlative! Particular thanks goes out the young lady who made my customized Iced Chai latte...it was the best I've ever had at any other locations....I will now have to go out of my way to patronize this location, but it will be worth it! Thanks to everyone for giving such great service with a smile! Cheers!

Me and my lovely friend Ariana decided to meet here for brunch as it was our reunion after not seeing each other for a whole year. We were pleasantly surprised to see that when we walked in there were plenty of seating (unlike many Starbucks where everyone flocks there to work on their expensive MacBooks and take their remote work zoom meetings). The store was clean and a vibe. Unfortunately we were the loudest ones there (which is saying that the place was nice and quiet because we’re not loud). The drinks were sooooooo good AND we got smiley faces on them. We also got two snacks which were so yummy I got a blueberry muffin and she got some sandwich idk but I think it was good. I know mine was really good tho so and my drink was wonderful and the lavender cold foam keep it forever ♾️

Great place for a quick meeting or to get your favorite latte. Staff is super cool and attentive. Outdoor seating available. Plenty of parking.

I recently met a friend for coffee whom I hadn’t seen in years here at the Starbucks on Cedar Grove Lane in Somerset, NJ. We both opted for tea. She had a tea-lemonade combo and I had an unsweetened passion fruit tea. We were both very satisfied with our beverages. They tasted great! The prices were a little high for the medium sized cup, but none-the-less delicious. The barista was very nice and described the many tea options available. I will visit again.
