I was there with my husband 11/29. While the guy working there made my sandwich my husband started walking over to use the bathroom. The guy told him that the bathroom is closed because they are closing. So you are open to make my sandwich and get paid for it but the bathroom is closed! I would not visit there again. The vegetables were also not fresh. You can tell they use them for days.

Cancels mobile orders because they “dont accept coupons.” Garbage
This the second time I’ve been to this subway, and they have not been open like their website says
The worker there was so rude to us. I had a birthday reward and a BOGO reward that I used in my online order. We payed online and we showed up to subway. The worker said in a very rude manner that they don’t take any online rewards and if we had a problem, we should go complain to “subway”. As soon as she said this, she turned her back and left the situation. We tried questioning her by asking why the rewards went through in the system and we didn’t have any problem online, but she wasn’t able to respond. We left because we did not like how we were getting treated. Go to the Piscataway one instead, they’re much nicer and for some reason, their footlongs are cheaper.

I’ve only been there twice in my life, and I’m not going back. The first time, they canceled my order because it wasn’t convenient for them to honor the “buy one footlong, get another for a dollar” deal. Today I ordered the same offer, they didn’t cancel it, but they gave me two empty sandwiches. On top of that, the Indian manager is quite rude, and they don’t even have half of the food items they advertise. I work at a nearby school, and now I understand why everyone there always orders from Jersey Mike’s. I won’t be recommending this place to anyone. Very poor quality and terrible customer service — that business will be closing soon.

This is the only Subway I've ever been to that will not accept coupons. WILL NEVER GO TO THIS STORE AGAIN!

The guy name Raj working at this subway uses same knife for veggie sub and meat sub.
Please be aware of it he says he only has one knife available at the store for handling meat and veggies.

I was sent a Subway coupon sheet in the mail with really good deals. There were at least 10 coupons I would’ve used. Unfortunately, no Subway in my area seems to take coupons including this place, the closest one to me. That’s 10 times I would’ve come back and spent my money at Subway for the first time in years. Subway recently sent a memo out to their franchisees to figure out why their business was flailing, headed towards bankruptcy, and how they can get customers back. Well they almost got one back…I thought they finally got it together. But no. Maybe dont jerk people around by sending them coupons I they cant use at ANY Subway location. NONE of the Subways in my area are participating locations?! Ok wow. Well, now none of you are getting any of my business…

two Spanish women working at this location are rude and abnoqsious. They overcharged me 5 dollars, were rude in conversation, would not let me talk to the owner, had to call police to make them give me money back…
They close before it’s even time to close , can you start hiring people that need the actual work I’m sick of this . This happens on the regular
