I hate to use the word dolt so I won't, but maybe you will? You take the trouble to use the online ordering app, and when it asks if you'd like pick-up or curbside, hey, curbside is a great option! The app keeps track of the sandwich progress, I'm there 15 minutes prior to the ready time, and select the "I'm here" button and it recognizes that. 5 minutes past the 'your order is ready' but nobody has come out, so inside it is then. It's laying there on the counter finished and when questioning some guy with a heavy accent behind the counter, he says 'how would I know you were here?' Seriously? Is it the app or is it the do.., I mean the guy behind the counter. What a stupid response...

Just Horrible.. this is the last subway I am having. Food was so disgusting . Bread was old and had a weird smell . All the veggies looks old!!! No wonder why all subways are closing near by . This was the only place left and thought let me try ... But waisted by 25 bucks here .....

I had bought a foot long veggies patty, requested the guy for warm the patty in microwave he refuse to do and tost the hole sub which I dint want , he also refuse to put 6 slice of tomatoes, 6 slice cucumber, as the subway formula , he said now subway reduce the veggies amount which is not true , I told him I will ask the subway about this he said what ever you like to do you can do

This is my favorite subway! (Pierce Street, Somerset). Very friendly guy there - always greets customers with a smile. Makes sandwich just the way you want it. Sandwiches are always very tasty! I have been coming here for years and never had a complaint. Restaurant is clean and pleasant, but I usually take my orders to go.
