As someone who is ambitious, driven, and always ready to work, I can tell you for certain that I see qualities not too dissimilar to that in the people who work at this Subway. Good place

When visiting a Subway restaurant, you can expect a fast-casual dining experience. Here's what you can typically expect:1. Ordering Process: Upon entering, you'll find a counter where you can place your order. You'll be able to see the menu displayed overhead or on menu boards, showcasing the available sandwich options, ingredients, and customization choices.2. Customization: Subway is known for its made-to-order sandwiches, so you can expect to have control over the ingredients and toppings. You'll be able to choose the type of bread, proteins, cheeses, vegetables, and sauces to create your personalized sandwich.3. Sandwich Preparation: After placing your order, a sandwich artist will assemble your sandwich right in front of you. They'll ask for your preferences, such as toasting the bread or adding specific toppings. You can communicate any specific requests or dietary preferences at this stage.4. Additional Menu Items: In addition to sandwiches, Subway may offer salads, wraps, and even breakfast options depending on the location. These items follow a similar customization process where you can select the ingredients to suit your taste.5. Payment: Once your order is prepared, you'll proceed to the cashier to pay for your meal. Subway accepts various payment methods, including cash and card.6. Seating and Dining: Subway restaurants usually have seating available, allowing you to enjoy your meal on-site. However, some locations may have limited seating or operate as take-out or grab-and-go only, so the dining experience may vary.

As a food guide, I've never seen such terrible service in all my life of going to Subway. The older lady had served me today ( 06/19 around noon) as the other man (who seems nice) was busy and from the beginning of the order to the end, she was nothing but rude to me. I understood that working in the food industry, u may not always be in a good mood so I didnt mind it much cuz as long as she serves me my food properly, I'm okay with it.But when it comes to the food? Absolutely disheartening. The stinginess that the lady has is beyond insane. She gave 2 leaves of spinach and 2 pieces of pickles and did the same to everything I ordered, including the chicken. Like, come on, I ordered a footlong, and the least u can do is give me the right amount of veggies the sub needs. I had to ask her to "please give me more" for EVERY SINGLE item (besides chicken because I know they would upcharge for it). And honestly, this worsened the entire experience cuz now it felt like I asking for extra way too much even tho i was only saying because i was never served the normal amount any other Subway chain would put. And I cant even explain the sadness of the bread. Its so soggy, despite being toasted that my entire sandwich broke the minute i opened the packaging.I recommend everyone else to take a few extra minutes and go to another Subway location because no one deserves soggy underwhelming and underfilling subs for higher prices.

I had placed an order via the Subway app and decided to redeem the $8 lunch deal in the app and this restaurant showed up as a participating store. I placed my order and it went through with the order placed successfully. I drove to the Subway and opened the app to see that the order was cancelled and voided.Confused I entered the shop and was asked what I could be helped with by a man. I tried telling the person what had happened in the app with no answer. Then a woman showed up and asked the same thing and I explained, she stated that I cannot get that order for that price (the price on the app via the deal that states this store participated in) but that I could only get for regular price so they went and voided/cancelled my order. I then asked if I would get my money back as anyone would because of course the charge is still on my credit card. The lady then gives an attitude and states "Of course, the order was cancelled".I think this restaurant could've handled the situation better but they didn't, first of all if they didn't want to participate in the deal, they could've eaten the cost of my order and then changed their backend to not accept the deal for future orders as there are a ton of subways that opted out of this deal.Secondly I don't think there was a reason for the lady to give attitude over the second question. I already spent my time and gas coming to the store for no reason and the last thing I needed after the bad news of the order being cancelled despite the restaurant being listed as a participating one was her attitude. This experience also makes me question whether subway will be a choice for future lunch choices due to the fact that now I know any store owner can just cancel my order due to them not wanting me to have an advertised price. How can I trust the "participating location" in the app anymore? Clearly it means nothing when a store can just cancel my order just because.Next time I'll have to stick to a place like McDonald's because I've never had an issue with their rewards app. I'd also like to thank the extremely friendly cashier at the Subway in the Rutgers Student Center as he brought my mood up after this ridiculous issue at this store. I know this store could've handled this better but instead did it in a very distasteful way. If 0 stars was possible this location would have it.Additionally, after reading the other reviews, they also complain about the same woman as I have, which brings the question, why is she still working there? I filed a complaint with corporate but based on other's feedback it may not mean anything despite the brand damage caused by this woman.
