I ordered the cantina bowl for takeout. It was delicious I must add, BUT I did not receive a fork. I was hunger so then proceeded to dig in with my bare hands. This has happened once before ( same location) and I went to Walmart last time to purchase a fork myself. Going back i somehow managed to get rice stuck under my fingernails. IF YOUR GOING TO GET A CANTINA BOWL KEEP FORKS IN YOUR CAR YOU WILL THANK ME LATER. A true sigma like myself should NOT have to go through this!

Waited 20 minutes for my food AFTER it was ordered and they didn’t even cook it all the way. Got a cantina chicken taco and the cheese was not cooked, taco was barely warm. Waste of time.

This is by far the WORST taco bell I have ever been to. The food is absolutely disgusting and the service is worse. I was shorted a burrito, and the ones I got were wrong. The food quality wasn't worthy of dog food. The tacos were one with their wrappers, rendering them inedible.

How to root person at the order she's a young girl and was very rude to me cuz I couldn't hear it through the speaker and then when I asked what the store number was the guy was very rude to and barely spoke any English this is not the first time I went here and I had poor service and they are very rude to you I don't understand why Taco Bell doesn't hire quality people

This place SUCKS. Used to be my go to Taco Bell. What happened here? Gone downhill so bad. I got food poisoning the last two times I ate here. I’m convinced they’re doing something to my food because I asked for a refund one day. Sad. I’ll drive even farther and go to a different Taco Bell from now on. This place sucks. Sucks is an understatement actually. It’s vile and disgusting now.

Went to this Taco Bell for the first time living here. I ordered through the drive. I didn’t open my order until I got home. Found they gave me the wrong order. The nachos fries were cold and stale. I couldn’t believe it!! It was nasty. I ordered the chicken quesadillas and got a meat taco and a borito. Which I didn’t like at all. Will never go here again. I should have read the reviews before going.
Terrible service. Drive through orders never have all the items. Even when you go back they can’t get it right. Do not recommend.
