This is what I got……this is not even a portion size! I went back and got no apology, Nothing they didn’t even offer to remake it. I ordered it through the app and the total is $10 for the box and the lady only gave me $8.50 back and so have a good night…..TERRIBLE. Never again!! I will just go moes down the road for $10 bucks. At least they don’t go Cheap on the ingredients And give an accurate portion sizes

I recently ordered a Mexican Veggie Pizza from Taco Bell and was very disappointed to find a piece of meat in it. As a pure vegetarian, this was extremely upsetting and unacceptable. I kindly request Taco Bell to ensure that vegetarian meals are prepared separately and handled with extra care to avoid cross-contamination. This experience has made me lose trust, and unfortunately, I do not feel comfortable eating at Taco Bell again.

This Taco Bell is smaller than other Taco Bell’s. I ordered for pick up in store. They don’t place the food on the mobile order pick up shelf which is inconvenient. The employees saw me standing there and ignored me. I would rather them just place my food on the mobile order pick up shelf then hold my food hostage and make me talk to the cranky employees.

If you go during the day, normally the food is well prepared. Go late at night? you get rushed slop. The workers at night visually and verbally hate their jobs, they look tired and annoyed, and it shows through the way they talk and take ur order. we get it, no one wants to work at a fast food place, but u do, so u shouldn’t make ur customers feel bad about coming late at night. With the drive through window open, i can hear the workers complain LOUDLY saying “omg go tf home”…. regardless if there’s customers or not, they have to be there, so to complain so loudly that i can hear through the drive through is just kind of unacceptable. I get a very small order and shouldn’t be made to feel like an inconvenience when i go there late at 12am, when they are open until 2am. Honestly makes me concerned what they may do to my food just bc i came later at night and they are so annoyed with their jobs… unacceptable truly.
