Service was ok. That's where the goodness stops. This place should be just called bagels. From the moment I called ahead to order I knew it was going to be down hill from there. Had to call in cause the web site did not allow for orders. Wanted to try the cheese steak bagel, no cheese steak. Went with pork roll and cooper sharp cheese. No cooper sharp either. Specifically asked for just pork roll with extra cheese on a plain bagel. Egg was added to the sandwich which the egg was burnt and sub par. Upon arrival to the store I was greeted by the employee on her cell phone as she seemed to be in a hurry to get out the door. It appears there are kids running this establishment which could explain a lot. Bagel was good and the pork roll was ok at best. No extra cheese on the bagel sandwich either. Best advice if you are looking for basic eatery with inexperience staff this is def your place. I won't soon be returning to this location anytime in the near future.

After reading reviews I wasn't sure how my experience would be here, but I can tell you that the staff and food was wonderful. All reviews that point out staff issues or bagel size, taste or texture problems are very incorrect and deceiving to any future patrons. If you love delicious, well portioned bagels with a chewy, not bready texture as well as interesting flavors to choose from you'll be happy to know it's in Franklinville, NJ.The staff was kind, helpful and patient. The French toast bagels were so good and the cheddar bagels were outstanding. I wish I had tried this place sooner!

Total ripoff 6 plain Bagels for 6.00 and claims it's an 18.00 value absolutely disgraceful.

What you see here is the incinerated remains of what once used to be a pork roll that they had the audacity of serving a paying customer. Next time I'll just ask for it raw if this is the default cook. The bagels were fresh and made well.

Bagels tasted really good. But the actual assembly and cooking was way off. Took forever and the Taylor ham was burnt … unfortunately the bagel situation in the south jersey area is to be desired and this place is better than Manhattan bagel or chains. But not that great overall. The actual bagel bread were very well cooked

Good, quaint spot. For a long time was my favorite local place for bagels. They’ve made some improvements to the interior to improve seating and make it cozier and now you could likely even sit there and read a book quite comfortably. It’d be great if there were some higher end coffee options to choose from. Everything bagel is the go to favorite! Service is always excellent. 90% of the time the food is great (one not great, recent experience, and many great experiences prior). Overall, would recommend and will definitely be back. Ample parking is available out front including easily accessible handicapped spots so it’s pretty easy and quick to get in and out of.

I recently visited the store for of course bagels. The team was very helpful and treated me well. I got a dozen assorted and was really happy with the bagels. very fresh and delicious:) Thank you for making my day.

Waited 20 minutes today for 2 bagels with cream cheese. Bagels were barely toasted, one tasted like it was made with butter (was def. not cream cheese). Unfortunate.
