Mixed reaction. Place was clean. Prices reasonable. Just not the kind of bagel I'm used too. (Just a personal preference) I would go back in a pinch.
I’m here at least a few times a month for breakfast. Always fresh! Delicious food!

Lox on bagel. Lox looks terrible the color looks not fresh as if it expired. It also sticky. We didn't feel comfortable eating it threw out $50 for 3 Lox sandwiches. Never will return to this place.
Best bagels in the area. The owner is very friendly.

on hold over 15 mins then got disconnected.
I have always loved ordering from this place. I don’t mind the 20 minute drive to pick up the food because it has always been good. My order today was far from quality. First, I ordered an everything bagel TOASTED with jalapeño cream cheese, double bacon crispy, hashbrown, and avocado. I got a cold non toasted cheddar bagel with egg and cheese on it. My husband’s bagel was also cold, not toasted, and he said it tasted like it had been microwaved. My son also shared that his bacon was undercooked and it was also not toasted and appeared to have been microwaved. I called to complain and they did credit back my sandwich which I appreciate. Sad to see the quality of service in the food they are putting out is not what it use to be. Probably won’t be eating here again. Also, check your food before you leave because they might have made or given you the wrong order.

This is your hometown bagel spot. It's it's a little sleeper location in the side of them all. Doesn't look like it would be anything but this place rocks definitely check it out

The place was dirty, dark, and dingy. Smelled like rancid fry oil. Bagels do not taste the same as before. When I got my bagel with scallion cream cheese, it had dried scallions on it, not fresh ones. I'm not sure if the original owners sold or not. But something has changed with this place, unfortunately. I will not be going back.

Used to really enjoy this place but the prices are out of control! Always smells like a dirty fryer inside as well, so stopping on the way to work is a no-go unless you want to smell like grease for a few hours. Store is very poorly lit and feels like an alleyway. The food may still be good, but I can't get past the appearance and the prices.

The bagels tasted like a Thomas bagel out of the bagel. Rubbery, squishy not good at all for amount of money a dozen bagels cost
