What a great unassuming place. Great food. Friendly staff. We shared the Octopus. Very good. The salad it comes with is very refreshing. I had the salmon that was cooked well. Maybe a hair more done than I usually prefer but still very good. Came on a bed of spinach that was also very good. Always delicious. A hidden gem in Sussex County. When we have out of town guests, Butcher’s Grill is where we always take them. From appetizers, to entrees, to dessert, it all is amazing.
This place is one of the best hidden gems in all of Sussex county NJ and arguably across the state.
