This place is horrendous!! The owner of this establishment should be ashamed of themselves. The wallpaper is peeling, it's dirty, there were no supplies in the dining area not one straw or anything and the drink machine in the dining area was out of order. When I asked for a spoon for my child's frosty the employee said they never have spoons and gave me a fork. The dining area barely had a soul in it but it took forever to get our food and because the drink machine was broken they gave us soda from behind the register and it had zero ice in it. I honestly feel bad for the people who work there, they are not even given the proper supplies to run the place. Will definitely never be going there again and I suggest no one else does either.

We were there for about 15- 30 minutes waiting to order. We never got the chance to because there were about 6-7 workers walking around doing everything other then acknowledging the handful of customers in the lobby. You had 3 workers 2 plus what looked likes a manager helping the woman in front of us with a messed up order and not one of the 6 workers stopped to take orders. So safe to say it was a bad experience. Please do better!!!!!

There should be no reason why you have customers waiting for more then 30 minutes to order food and not acknowledge them for whatever reason is the hold up.

I got a chicken ranch wrap (#5), the fries were good but the chicken wrap wasn’t even rolled nowhere near proper and the chicken itself was cold, i go back to report this issue a couple minutes later and they make me a new one which seemed to be even worse than the first one, cold chicken, terrible wrapping skills, and the lady working “had” to take back the initial wrap that I already took a bite out of or else they couldn’t give me the new one. Terrible, super disappointed that this was the first and only Wendy’s I’ve been to that I’ve had an issue with. Fix this wendy’s, rolling a wrap/ burrito isn’t a hard task especially when you have 4-5 minutes to do so.

We went to this Wendy's on the way home and ordered two meals. Unfortunately we did not check the order after waiting 30 minutes for it to be completed. We arrived home and opened the bags and found half the food we ordered was missing and what we did that wasn't correct. After looking at the other reviews, this seems to be a pattern with this Wendy's. I attempted to contact the store directly and all I got was a voicemail. They did not even acknowledge that it was Wendy's. I then called corporate, who was somewhat helpful as they will notify the management of the store to contact me. Unfortunately, this does not help the situation where I was trying to feed two kids. They were still hungry and to return to go back 25 minutes each way was not really an option. The only fast food restaurant I've seen it was managed worse than this one is the Burger King up the street there's no longer in business.

Pulled in and saw the drive thru line wrapped around the building so I walked in. There was a line and I waited about 5 minutes to place my order. My order was placed and then more people come in after me, order, and receive their food before I do. This went on for about 30 minutes until I finally received my order. The order was half missing and the burger wasn’t even right.

Can't make hot food for the life of themselves past 11 at night. And when you go back to ask for another in the most polite manor possible, they make sure to overcook and then flatten the patty twice the size of the bun. I got a burger, fries and cup of chili all cold. I get messing a burger up once or twice, yeah the fries were sitting in the holder for a while whatever but how do you manage to mess up reheating pre cooked chili? If you'd like to spend 16 dollars like I did to basically get told to go rail yourself, this is the place for you. If youd like edible food thats worth what you pay, search elsewere. I don't know why the entirety of all fast food chains in franklin desides to hire the upmost incompitent people to make the food that lots of people actually rely on to feed themselves.

it's in big talks recently that Wendy's as a whole company has gone downhill in the past 12 months for various reasons, but this location specifically is unacceptable in their service. I ordered a biggie bag and had to fight and beg for one free sauce because they tried to charge me 50¢!!!!!! (a joke) for just one. the expectation to eat french fries plain is already bad enough, but this bag also comes with chicken nuggets so the notion that we as paying customers don't deserve even just one free sauce is atrocious. then we got home and realized our fries were HALF EMPTY. my chicken sandwich came with no sauce on it simply because I asked to substitute tomato for onion so the burger handler just did their job incompetently. in this economy fast food isn't even worth it and the bare minimum should be a correct and full-value order, and kind customer service. we didn't ask for too much just what is expected. we have no food in the house at the moment and I am literally going into labor tomorrow morning expecting our first child and this Wendy's meal was supposed to be our treat meal. well, as we navigate postpartum life we will NEVER go to Wendy's again. let me reiterate that Wendy's as a whole is disappointing these days, but this location specifically has unacceptable service. it's a joke and we are beyond so upset that we spent our spare change on this and didn't get what we deserved. I type this as I eat chicken nuggets and fries literally plain at the moment because these workers refused to give us sauce.

Horrible. Either they miss an ingredient on something (like a baconator) or you wait in a 30 min line. I’m currently writing this while waiting in line. The employees don’t care about anything, truly the worst fast food spot in town.

Went to Wendy’s tonight because I am injured and only have the use of one arm ordered my food when it came out there was a tomato on my sandwich did not realize that a plain cheeseburger comes with that walked over asked the girl behind the counter if I could have another one because I am allergic to tomatoes She said no problem then I could hear the cook if that’s what you wanna call him swearing yelling at her very disrespectful saying why don’t you just take it off and give it back to me because I am allergic again started belittling and yelling at the girls swearing at them so I asked if there was an issue then he turned everything on me swearing threatening me trying to come around the counter asking me if I wanted to go outside all over a tomato no one else there had any issues except for him so if you plan on going there I wouldn’t ask them to make any changes

I go here every now and then as I enjoy the burgers when you get what you want...over and over again also today..I made and order a meal with 2 cookies...I get home as it's on my way but about 15 minutes away...I get home and they forgot my 2 cookies..I went a few weeks ago and they forgot my sauce and my son's fries ...it's like they guve you whatever they have and send you away..shouldn't be my job to check my bag and do there job...it's horrible
