Massive harassment problem from both the employees and managers. Had two employees intentionally slamming me into objects; nothing was done by management even after it was reported to HR. One of the employees doing it was even re-hired and would come behind the counter during my shifts to scare me, since the manager thought that scheduling him separately from me would somehow keep him from doing it. We also had issues with harassment from managers as well. Terrible place to eat and even worse place to work.

If I could put half a star I would. I’m highly disappointed I’ve been going to this Wendy’s for over a year and have had no issues until now. I go into Wendy’s in Franklin often and order 20 nuggets and a large fry. I don’t normally write bad reviews but I’m pissed. How do you charge me $12.99 give me only 10 nuggets when I clearly said 20 and you charge me for 20, the large fry was half empty and full of small pathetic fries. They don’t give me the receipt or even ask me if I want it. Do better… it’s not hard to give me the 3 things I ALWAYS order.

Well its as good as any other Wendy's over the country, and i am just fan of Dave's sandwich.And somewhat their burgers are great too.Most fantastic thing about Windy's i love is, food is always hot, the way food is supposed to be.Plus their packaging is surprisingly good i was driving and eating my chicken sandwich for about half hr but till last bite it stayed almost hot or warm. I love their spicy sandwiches.This place is good, nice and clean staff is friendly and restrooms are clean too. Sitting area is clean atmosphere is same as every fastfood restaurants ... There is fastfood vibe?But over all its good .

I used to eat here all the time, many fond memories and was great food, but we have since moved away to PA and haven't been here in a few years. I happened to be in the area, and we decided to stop for a bite hoping for the best burgers we used to get there I was very disappointed with the food here. I bought the special sandwich that's currently out now, and a bacon burger biggie bag. The special sandwich was the same size as my cheapo burger in the bag. Yet I paid over $11 for large meal. Very sad. The special sandwiches used to be much bigger than their cheap budget burgers. It was thin, and little to be desired. They have shrunk to half the size their special sandwiches used to be. Will not go back there.Parking: Parking in front and on both the left and right side of the restaurant. Just be careful with drive thru traffic and people driving through to go to the Quick Check next door.
