Burger was sloppy, and half the toppings were in the wrapper. Register attendant obviously believed she was only being paid to shove bags out the window and to slam that thing shut again as quickly as possible.
It's not a typical fast, friendly experience. Don't bother saying thank you, don't bother saying hello. I can't imagine being employed long-term working customer service with her attitude.

genuienly the worst wendy’s i have ever been to. every single time i place a pick up order on the app in advance, and every single time without fail they tell me to pull to the side because it’s not ready. one time they just opened the drive through window and said “it’s not ready pull up” and slammed the window before we could even say anything. the most recent time they told us to pull into a parking spot and they would bring it out and after ten minutes of waiting we realized the drive through was cleared and they forgot about us. we went inside and our food was sitting on the counter. we asked them to remake it and they looked at us like we were insane. lazy workers

I don't know who's there in the morning hours but I always get grouchy people, it's two of them but don't know who they are. I know one of them talks over you and doesn't let you finish talking. Rude people.

Told the cashier my order 5 times. And still my order is wrong. Fries were cold because they sat in the bag while the made my sandwich wrong. Either hire more people or competent people because I don’t spend my money for it to be wrong. I’m refuse to be late for work because of your mess up. I’m also reporting you to the better business bureau cause this is just wrong.

I am so sick of the Wendy's on Easton Avenue Somerset New Jersey lazy lazy people, I give my order of Fresh garlic parm nuggets, out of seven times I received Fresh ones twice, asked 4 my money back twice and they gv me old nuggets sticking on the containers once..They are two lazy to drop Fresh nuggets at your order..They want to give you food that's been warming under the light for who knows how long. It's a shame
