Brownstone Pancake Factory (Freehold, NJ)

We drove over an hour to eat here, and it was absolutely worth it. The food was outstanding, creative, and packed with flavor. The service made you feel like your back home eating at your favorite spot after game day. The owner just so happened to be there and connect with us despite being very busy. Between the owner, the GM, the food, and the atmosphere made this the kind of place you tell everyone about and can’t wait to visit again.

I recently visited the Brownstone Pancake Factory and had a fantastic dining experience. I opted for the breakfast combo, which was a delightful start to the day. The combination of fluffy pancakes, crispy bacon, and eggs cooked to perfection was satisfying, and the fresh-squeezed orange juice was a refreshing complement. I also enjoyed the honey oat latte—smooth and subtly sweet, it was the perfect pick-me-up.

My daughters tried the gluten-free pancakes and couldn’t stop raving about them; they absolutely loved the texture and flavor. It’s great to find a place that caters to dietary needs without compromising on taste.

My wife chose the Jersey Turnpike sandwich, which featured hearty ingredients that she really enjoyed. The blend of flavors was impressive, and it paired nicely with her meal.

The atmosphere was vibrant and welcoming, making it a great spot for families. The service was friendly and attentive, which added to the overall positive experience.

Overall, Brownstone Pancake Factory exceeded our expectations with its delicious food and excellent service. I highly recommend it for anyone looking for a satisfying breakfast!

Celebrated a birthday

Eat there frequently. Food is great! Service is outstanding, especially our waitress Jasmine who we request each time we go. She is very friendly, very attentive and overall does an exceptional job. She has a very upbeat and pleasant personality and makes the experience truly outstanding. Highly recommend you request her, you won’t be disappointed!

Great place for kids and families. The food is great, the atmosphere is geared toward families with smaller children.

I love coming here with my gf, it brings childhood cravings to life and the way menu is hard to choose from because it’s huge i love it will be back soon

The Food/Breakfast is really good and I love the 1970-1990 theme look . Waiters and waitresses are very polite. Great place for a date for breakfast or family enjoying a nice Breakfast. Food portions are pretty big . Which is great .

When a place is always crowded, that should tell you something lol. The food is SO good. Big Thank You to Justin, the manager, for helping me with my small concern & the dessert for my son! It was greatly appreciated. Also, Thank you to the waitresses Rebecca AND Amanda. Out of all the waitresses/waiters I’ve had at any restaurant, these 2 are most definitely THE BEST. Ask for them:) Ever restaurant needs more like them❤️

Went here for the first time to celebrate my sister’s birthday. The service was great, the atmosphere was welcoming and kid friendly and the food was PHENOMENAL. I got gluten free pancakes (so happy they have this option) and they were the best pancakes I ever had. I highly recommend Brownstone Pancake Factory!!!
