Was charged for chips and queso instead of chips and salsa. When brought it to managers attention he said that is the way they charge it. Never have I seen this before in all my visits to other locations.

New Management is doing a phenomenal job! Staff was friendly, food was delicious and good value for the price point. I had a burrito and it was stuffed with all the delicious carnitas and salsa. Place is super super clean and I cant say enough nice things about the staff. They were so friendly. Highly recommend!

2/21 ordered burrito bowl with white rice grilled chicken and cheese the can was horrible no flavor. I emailed 2/22 the day after and no ones gotten back to me. I believe 2 weeks is long enough for response . poor customer

We had never been to a Bubbakoo’s Burritos location before, but my sister wanted to eat something other than American food, and we were going to the mall, so we found this place. It reminded us of a Chiptole/Moes, where they make the food in front of you, but honestly, this was a lot better than Chiptole and Moes. First of all, the value of the food is incredible because of the amount of food you get. The food was also delicious and prepared pretty quickly. I got a quesadilla with shredded chicken, and it was PACKED with meat and cheese. Out of the three people in my party, we got one combo which came with our choice of curly fries. We struggled to eat our meals AND share the one order of curly fries. In fact, I think the quesadilla could have really been two meals on its own. The food was very flavorful, and there are a lot of different options for making your food. The people working were awesome and super nice. I definitely would come back to visit again!
