Tried three times mediocre at best many other restaurants around are better. Wanted it to be good but just doesn’t appeal to my wife and I.
After my fourth visit to Charkol, I feel it's important to share my experience. The food remains exceptional, and the ambiance is just to my liking. Service is generally reliable, especially if you get Jeffery or the younger blonde server, who are both excellent.
However, my last two visits have been marred by poor service from Leif.
