Charleys Cheesesteaks

By far the worst cheesesteak ever. Should be garbage steak. I saw the guy cooking it and it dried as hell. After tasting it it is terrible. What a waste of money

The service is poor. And they always forget part of my order although the order is pretty simple, fries wings and drink. That's not complicated.

Went there at 6.43pm on Sunday they said they closed but online it say 7pm
If you on rush to go home before even 7pm just don’t work at all

My family loves Charley’s. However this one is horrible. We went Friday Dec 29,2024. Out of every flavor of soda except Diet Coke and sprite. Then wanted to charge for a refill. This is the only Charley’s that i know that does this. One of the reasons we pick Charleys in the food court is the free refill. So unlikely I will bother going again. They also did not have any dipping sizes when I asked. Overall not a great experience. Certainly not the experience I usually have with Charleys at other locations.

Terrible service! I had to wait 10 minutes until they noticed that there were customers at the counter to be served. They were talking and forgot about their work. They seemed lazy, they didn't speak understandable words and if you asked them again, they seemed angry. The couple attendants are terrible.

Charleys cheesesteaks website said free fries for veterans on veterans day and the guy who said he was the manager said he cant do it bc he doesnt speak english and didnt understand me. Very disappointed in the service and will never visit this location again

Have tried this location a couple of times. Today will be the last. Ordered a chicken cheesesteak WITHOUT Mushrooms.. guess what, there were mushrooms in it. Again.. Way too many options out there to consistently make orders wrong.

Got the buffalo chicken and the sandwich was dry. And barely had chicken with 5 pieces of lettuce. Should’ve checked the food before I left.

Everytime I go here they always get my order wrong especially when I have multiple orders. I ask for no salt and they don't pay attention or repeat my order to make sure it's right. Then when you ask them to correct there mistake they make it look like you didn't say it right.

I love the cheese steaks but my favorite is the strawberry drink. They need to come out and make a gallon of it because I'm definitely here for it I love it. Drink some of it already lol
