Went there for first time. They have a lot of Japanese and Chinese food options in the menu. But we had soup, sushi and noodles. All the food we ordered were really good. Even our server was very nice and friendly. Would definitely go back again there to try different items from the menu ?

Absolutely excellent!!! I wish I took pictures! There is a complete Asian menu from traditional Chinese to Sushi and Thai. The food was so fresh and truly high quality. The restaurant is beautiful and the service impeccable! I will definitely be going back!!!

The food and service were excellent. I had the chicken with eggplant, and my wife and son had the Mongolian beef and sushi. It was all great until later that night when I found myself rushing to the bathroom multiple times. I didn't think much about it until I continued to have bouts of diarrhea for the next 2 weeks. I was finally able to see a doctor who said it sounds like i ingested contaminated food. I am now scheduled for tests to see exactly what I was infected with. Again, the food, service, and ambiance were great. But it appears that their kitchen should probably be inspected by the health department before anyone else gets sick. I can't recommend this place.

My new go to restaurant for Chinese cuisine. In my opinion, it's a step above the other retail strip center Chinese restaurants in the area. I am sure the other Asian cuisines, on Chen's menu, are equally good. The food is well prepared and flavorful and the service is good.

Staff were pleasant, noise level was very moderate. The restaurant can service large groups. The sushi rolls were a bit more experimental or modernize for American palette, traditional sushi was a bit scarce. However, the fish was quite fresh but some rolls were a little too loose and falling apart upon picking them up. The ramen was seasoned well, but my noodles were a bit clumpy which means it wasn't served as soon as it was boiled. The Shrimp and Lobster sauce was a great portion and made fresh! I had stopped ordering shrimp and lobster sauce at other restaurants because the smell was so fishy and pungent but Chen's Asian Bistro did not have that kick in your face fishy smell in fact it didn't smell fishy at all! I would dine there again. There is onsite parking available.

This is by far the best Asian food around. Not only is the food delicious and the portions are more then a generous size the service is even better. We are always greeted kindly and with a smile. The food has definitely gone down hill since they opened. The sushi used to be good but now the rice all falls apart when you try to pick it up. We went there at 5:15 on a Saturday night, the place was empty so we asked for a table, they said they were booked with reservations, so we ordered food to go. At 6:00 while we were still waiting a couple walked in with no reservations and were seated in 5 minutes. When we told the girl we were waiting 45 minutes and they just walked in they said "oh yeah, someone just canceled ". Poor customer service, i won't be back.
