Chen Asian Bistro is my favorite Asian restaurant. Any dish I’ve ordered has been great. They are extremely accommodating for any specialty request and their manager Ann is just wonderful. So helpful and always remembers my name.
My family and I are regulars at this restaurant. The food is fantastic and really top notch. The restaurant is clean and very nicely decorated. The staff though really needs to be more friendly and welcoming. We are regular customers for years and the staff does not greet us in a warm way. They never say hello or communicate in a friendly manner. They really need to learn to communicate better to customers.
Nice atmosphere. They were able to accommodate a dish for dietary requirement. Dishes were decent & authentic, service was good. Prices are reasonably. Entrance to plaza from southbound is tricky.
