These guys just can't get the order correct. Check before you leave. Always missing something. This time, it was chicken nuggets in the kids meal. It is not a chicken nuggets meal without the nuggets. Thank you for the upset child at home.

The application charged me and my order did not appear, they never received it. I had to order again while the original charge already appeared in my bank. I explained to them what happened. They told me that if they didn't return the money for the application, I would return tomorrow. The problem is that I live an hour away, so the manager told me. He couldn't give me the refund but he gave me a gift card. He was very kind for understanding the situation. All the employees are very attentive and cordial. I highly recommend it.Vegetarian options: They have a wide variety of saladsWheelchair accessibility: It is on the second floor you just have to take the elevator and they have independent bathrooms

I was at the back of the line waiting to order. By the time I got to the register, the employee at the register let not one but two girls cut in front of me. Rest of the employees are focused on food. Maybe one line was too much for him to handle. Maybe it would have been better if I got there when they took orders in line, but I got there afterward. The expeditor got the three meals out very fast, but he knew I was standing in line for a long while staring at him because he was standing there waiting for orders to be done. When I thanked him for being fast, he said, "My pleasure." Is it too much to have someone multitask the second register? He is clearly bright enough to do both.

I usually refrain from writing reviews, but after sharing my recent experience with my family, I felt compelled to post it online. Last night, unaware that the store closed at 7pm on a Tuesday, I entered as the door and lights were open and on inside and there were employees behind the counter. The moment I stepped inside, a young female staff member began repeatedly yelling, "We are closed, we are closed." I was taken aback, momentarily confused by her shouting. This behavior was entirely unexpected, especially at a place like Chick-fil-A, renowned for its hospitality. I wanted to give her the benefit of the doubt, perhaps she had a tough day, but I still can't comprehend why she had to be so impolite about it. I don’t think I will be returning to the restaurant after such an uncomfortable and embarrassing experience.

The manager is extremely un-accommodating and quite rude. Walks away in the middle of the conversation and acts like he doesn’t care for your business. Definitely won’t return to this location again as other locations are a lot friendlier and more accommodating with special requests.Food (chicken sandwich) is extremely salty. Bread not fresh
