Our very first visit thanks to a great friend HIGH recommendation. We were met by Call at the front desk ....SWEETHEART & our very impression of Clarizio's. We had a lovely chat. We had the best server in all of Freehold Angelica & are so glad & fortunate to be seated with her. This happened to be the best Italian food I've had in years!! That's coming from someone who's always in NY. The staff was amazing the only complaint I had was during a time when people were getting parasites from salad I was crunching on sandy lettuce, the dressing was very good. I recently had dinner at this restaurant after not having been there for a while. What a huge let down when the bill came and I saw the credit card surcharge on our bill. This is a huge pet peeve of mine, especially because I remember asking the owner a few years ago if they charged one and his response was, “We aren’t a gas station.” I loved that answer and never forgot it.
