“Just had my daughter’s 8th birthday at Carlo’s Gourmet Pizzeria and it was such a hit! Not only was the food delicious, the room was beautiful! Matt was absolutely wonderful to work with and very accommodating when I wanted to bring in another vendor to keep the girls entertained in addition to the pizza making. Matt was well prepared to teach the girls how to make their own pizzas from scratch and able to keep them engaged the whole time! He was on top of every detail making sure everyone had whatever they needed. On our way out my daughter said it was the best birthday she ever had!
