I live in Jackson and have 2 Nathan’s locations closer to me (Aldrich Rd - AWFUL customer service & quality, and then the Outlets - Great customer service but decent quality), and I choose to drive nearly 25 minutes, park at the food court entrance, walk into the mall and up an escalator JUST to come to this Nathan’s. Crispy chicken sandwich is always hot, fresh, and packed with toppings. Customer service is always on-point and order is never wrong. Keep up the awesome work — your customers definitely appreciate it and it does not go unnoticed!“
