“Went here because it was suggested by my girlfriend who goes there all the time. I have to say this place is a hidden jem...well for me it was being im only out here in nj for 2 years. The service was excellent, the heros reminded me of the old Brooklyn subs which are excellent. Quick and friendly service and even brought home a sandwich for my son which he loved. I definitely will be back!“

“I have had the most positive experiences with La Madre Maria! When I visit my grandfather on the Jersey Shore, he loves to go out for a hot dog! This summer we stopped at La Madre Maria truck. We had the best experience thanks to the friendly service. We felt like family and enjoyed our hot dogs with great conversation with Joe. “So delicious! we ordered the gyros, fries, steak quesadilla and a cheese steak. everything was amazing. made special requests (no onions on this no sauce on that) every instruction was followed exactly and all items were clearly marked... definitely recommend“
