The website does not specify that a pretzel tray order is required 24 hours in advance and this is something that corporate needs to address. However, the two employees that I dealt with on Saturday were excellent and offered to make a small pretzel tray for me since I had a party that afternoon. They reiterated the 24 hour policy, but went above and beyond to make sure I was pleased. The tray was a big hit at my party and I'm sure there will be a lot more orders from my family...read full review
