The website does not specify that a pretzel tray order is required 24 hours in advance and this is something that corporate needs to address. However, the two employees that I dealt with on Saturday were excellent and offered to make a small pretzel tray for me since I had a party that afternoon. They reiterated the 24 hour policy, but went above and beyond to make sure I was pleased. My first time having Philly Pretzel Factory, I had the best experience as the fabulous owner of this location, Moe, handmade my pretzels himself. He’s super kind and funny. I ordered the traditional pretzels…they are the perfect balance of chewiness and crunch, with just the right amount of salt. I tried the cheese and cinnamon dipping sauces and it was just fantastic.
