tldr; If you're coming from Wetzel Pretzels, prepare to be sorely disappointed. Also, health code violations.First the lady forced me to install the app to make a purchase which I found a little bit odd. I went to the store and I sometimes do when I shop. In the past, I had no problems.I accidentally dropped my pretzel on the ground. I went back to see if they would offer to do something. They offered no help (said there was no extras when they were literally making more). Was pretty disappointment as I would think they would be kind and I spend money and didn’t get my money’s worth.

We love Auntie Anne's pretzels and get an order every time we go to the outlets.This last time, the line was out the door, as always, but the person behind the counter was rude, and unhappy. Even my young daughters said, "that guy doesn't like his job."Hopefully, just an off day.Pretzels were yummy though!!Don't forget there is a V.I.P. coupon if you sign up on the outlet's website.
