Stumbled into the Freehold iHop one day cause I was craving a good breakfast. I was greeted with a smile, and brought to a spotless booth. My waiter, Jake, was extremely friendly and very knowledgeable. I was craving pancakes so took his recommendation and ordered the protein pancakes. Wow, they were delicious and filling! Steven provided one of the best dining experiences I have had in a long time. From the moment he greeted us, he was warm, friendly, and genuinely attentive. He took the time to make us feel welcome and ensured that every part of our meal went smoothly. Issue with the staff being very inattentive. We got our food quick but our server disappeared into the darkness.
Additionally for some reason the staff allowed this couple to dine in despite them being rude, loud, cursing, and literally talking about how they have issues with all of the staff there. Very strange guys just call the cops maybe?
