I placed my order through the newly downloaded Shake Shack app, opting for their famous ShackBurger, fries, and a milkshake, vanilla & chocolate shake. It should be noted that they do not offer any "value meals" as the fries come separately. Once you place your order, the app tells you exactly when to expect it. If you order via the in-store kiosk, you have the option to dine in or take out, but the app only allows takeout.

In 40+ years of eating at restaurants, Madison was hands down the best customer service I ever received. If everyone was as pleasant and helpful as him, the world would be a better place.

Not bad for fast food. The person who brought the food to the table seemed annoyed and non verbal even after a thank you. The food was ok, the hot dog was charred on the flat top, it sure if that is normal. The tables were not cleaned. Meh.
