I do not understand the hype. I ordered a lettuce wrap burger. The burger was pure grissel(sp) the so.called.wrap.was.one soggy leaf. The shake was tasteless, the bathroom was filthy,flooded out to the dining area and the dryer.didnt.operate instead a roll.of soggy tP. Ugh. NEVER.AGAIN.
This location is horrible. I came at 2:00pm. Nobody was working the front registers. A line was forming. The ketchup was empty, the ketchup cups were empty. The napkins were empty. I went up to ask, but waited 20 minutes for someone to finally ask me what I was waiting for. The man who asked said nothing and walked away and resumed doing something else. While going thru the drive through I got to meet one of their great employees Catherine she made my drive thru experience excellent and answered all my questions and moved fast I will be back!
